Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. I cannot log in to the tacamateurs / tacamateurs2
    Our security software will shut down a logon if it detects multiple IPs from different countries using it within one hour (which would suggest that the logon has been hacked). This happens surprisingly often.

    If this has happened to you, or if you have simply forgotten your password, just go to our Password Reset page to have a new password sent to you immediately.
  • 2. I have forgotten my password
    Not a problem, just go to our Password Reset page to have a new password sent to you immediately.
  • 3. I am a member of the Chickpass network and cannot access TAC
    Chickpass members should contact webmaster@tandastudios.com for further assistance.
  • 4. I wish to cancel my account

    For recurring memberships you can cancel your membership at anytime. You will still receive access for the full time period you have paid for.

    If you joined via CCBill then please visit their Customer Support to cancel your membership

    All other users (or if your not sure which processor you used) should goto the TAC Membership Cancelation Form to cancel a recurring membership

    Please note there is no need to cancel a 3 or 6 month non-recurring membership as these will expire automatically

  • 5. I cannot access the Chickpass network
    Your TAC username and password will not work on the Chickpass networks. TAC members can only access the Chickpass network from within the TAC members area.

    If you are prompted for a username and password, this means that your security settings are conflicting with the access system.

    Please make sure 3rd party cookies are enabled (in IE, select Tools, Internet Options, Privacy and set slider to low) and turn off any firewall or security software you are running. Close all browsers and re-open a fresh one.

    If that doesn't work clear your browser cache and reboot your PC. If you still can't get in email membersupport@tandastudios.com with your TAC ccbill receipt and they will give you a manual pass to ChickPass at no charge or call them at 866-393-1197.
